The Information Assurance Analyst for IAM is responsible for supporting the integrity and safety of information within the Conagra domain in a managed services environment.This individual will be responsible for the continual improvement of IAM lifecycle management through implementation of best practices, adherence to company standards and oversight of activities.The Information Assurance Analyst will be a thought leader assisting access administration and identity management teams and will serve as a focal point for technical IAM issues in the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Perform identity lifecycle management activities for multiple systems, domains, and applications across the Conagra enterprise
  • Review and monitor lifecycle management requests to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and application requirements to maintain security and integrity of the environment
  • Contribute to development of role-based access controls and procedures
  • Serve as technical IAM liaison for projects and audit support
  • Regularly review and update applicable governance documentation related to IAM requirements and processes
  • Ability to work without direction in support of IAM related security engagements and projects
  • Work cross-functionally with business units and technical teams on complex identity lifecycle management
  • Retain and improve upon a high level of technical acumen and best practices around management and administration of Active Directory

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Security, Computer Science, or Information Technology
  • 3+ years in IT with experience in a security function or relevant experience
  • Strong experience in use of Active Directory, experience with IGA tools such as Sailpoint, Saviynt, Azure AD preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical information to audiences of various technical levels
