Financial Analyst

Reports to company headquarters in Plano, TX.

Assist with the review of costing, pricing, and financial analysis for highly complex deals: Global / multi-country scope; Total contract value $50M – $1,000M; Interact with global subject matter experts abroad: tax, treasury, legal, insurance.

Assist with the preparation of pro-forma financial statements and/or business cases, taking into account multi-country considerations, the respective taxes, currencies and transfer pricing policies $50M – $1,000M.

Conduct Cash flow analysis for multiple countries or business units on large deals $50M – $1000M.

Help ensure compliance of bids to Global Rainbow management process with top management stakeholders, Key Contracting Principles, and Reserved Matters.

Assist with negotiation of prices, scope and terms/conditions with customers at CxO level or their agents/advisors on large deals $50M – $1000M

Assist with matrixed engagement teams on Matters of transactional tax issues(Sales tax, VAT, withholding taxes), transfer pricing, revenue recognition, and proper cost accounting.

Draft and edit contracts, statements of work and other required deal documentation as well as Master Service Agreements in accordance with client’s requirements on large deals $50M – $1000M.

Prepare presentations for Global Top Management or customer’s CxO level regarding assigned deals.

Train others on Rainbow Process and multiple topics of Financial Architect domain knowledge.

Coordinate development representing NA for internal GOAT application (deal based P&L modeling).

NA support, training and continued development of FASD (Small Deal P&L).

Assist with Market pricing benchmark implementation in NA.

Maintain, administer NA Team Knowledgebase.

Mentor junior team members.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related. Two (2) years in any occupation with experience in controlling, business administration, or related must include (employer will accept experience and skills gained before or after university education): Development and maintenance of Excel based business case and pricing tool; Excel modeling and user requirements development experience; Experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) accounting and implications on P&L modelling; IT Outsourcing market pricing and benchmarking; Pay as you go, volumetric pricing, Additional Resource Charge/Reduced Resource Credit (ARC/RRC) and outcome-based pricing methodologies; Negotiation experience with client senior executives and client third party advisors; Experience in cash flow management and levers to maximize cash flow in internal models and external customer proposals and supporting concepts through customer negotiations; Financial parameters in contract execution; Redlining contracts with Legal and supporting in customer negotiations; Experience with multi-country bids and financial implications (tax, foreign currency, local in-country contracting under global master service agreements (MSA’s); and experience acting as a SME and training others on select financial topics.

ROVING/TELECOMMUTING EMPLOYEE: Reports to company headquarters in Plano, TX. Will work at various unknown client sites throughout the U.S. for up to 100% of the time. Must be willing to travel anywhere in the U.S. and may be assigned to work at client sites across the U.S. Can work remotely or telecommute.

Salary: $123,287 – $124,287 per year
