Where You’ll Work & The Scope : Vishay is currently seeking a full time Workday Security Analyst to join our team as we begin the transformational journey of centralizing our HR technologies and processes from across the globe. This individual will lead the design and implementation of our Workday integration and interface landscape, ensuring we accurately and efficiently integrate and interface our Workday Human Resources data to both internal and external customers. We’re looking for an individual with previous Workday integration and interface experience at a global organization, strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills and a keen ability to understand, address and troubleshoot business requirements.

Ideal candidates will be based in China, Germany, India, Israel, Taiwan or the United States, but consideration will be given to other candidates.

How You’ll Help Us Build the DNA of Tech:

  • Maintain Workday HCM data integration and interface expertise and consult with internal and external customers to oversee Vishay’s HR data landscape
  • Oversee all timekeeping and payroll integrations
  • Help establish global data requirements and ensure data integrity within our HR organization
  • Understand Vishay’s business requirements and help configure and test the Workday HCM integrations to meet our needs
  • Collaborate with global HR users, IT and external vendors as needed for data integration while ensuring compliance with all country, state and local regulatory data requirements

The Experience You’ll Need:

  • 5 years Human Resources Information Systems experience with at least 3 years of Workday integration administration experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated customer service, communication, and organizational skills
