Scope:

  • The Supply Chain Intern will work directly with the Senior Analyst to support current Data projects and also supply chain security tasks as assigned by the North America, Director of Supply Chain.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT/Project support to North America, Senior Analyst
  • Support Compliance database creation
  • Support site data validation activities
  • Other tasks as assigned

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience with MS Access, Power Query, MS Excel, SQL VBA
  • Background or interest in Supply Chain Management/Purchasing
  • Ability to work in a team setting and communicate interpersonally

Education and Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or currently in school to earn Bachelor’s Degree, in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field

Export/ITAR Statement:

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

Teammates in this role start at: $17.00/hour, rates may be higher depending on experience
