The Governance, Metrics and Resolution (GMR) Associate Analyst provides day-to-day support to the multiple Cyber Security teams within the our Company Cyber Fusion Center. The GMR Analyst works closely with the Leadership from all teams in the CFC to ensure process adherence, collaboration and communications across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support of the Cyber Fusion Center strategic metrics and reporting to multiple levels of Management.
  • Provides input into cybersecurity Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring these SOP’s are updated and reviewed on a regular basis.
  • Participates in the Crisis Management processes.
  • May be asked to participate in special projects and efforts.
  • Cyber Security communications drafting when required.
  • Provides recommendations to third party clients in regards to cybersecurity remediation activity.

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field and experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other regulated environment OR High School Diploma with 2 years minimum experience.
