POSITION SUMMARY
The Regal Rexnord IT Leadership Program is a 24 month rotational program focused on developing high potential high performer entry level IT associates. The IT Leadership program is position to target at recent college graduates who have a passion to apply technology into creating a better tomorrow.
The program is designed to grow Regal IT people and technical leaders of the future, by developing strong functional/technical expertise and business knowledge through challenging, hands-on assignment and to expose them to various groups across IT and Business.
Over the course of 24 months, associates will complete 4 rotational assignments, designed to teach fundamental skills across Regal Rexnord’s core IT functional areas:
- Data and Analytics
- Cybersecurity
- Infrastructure
- DCX/eCommerce
- ERP/ Applications
These rotations will provide associates an opportunity to gain breather of knowledge and experiences across multiple IT functions. Beyond the “learn by doing” training structure, the program cultivates excellence in communication skills via formal report-outs to peers and senior IT leadership and regularly scheduled mentor meetings with program leadership.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent academic record with a B.S. or M.S. Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math Computer Science or similar.
- Relevant internship or co-op in a technology related field
- GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Ability to travel up to 20%
