The BDS Security Division of North America Eviden ( an Atos company) is currently looking for a Cybersecurity Team Lead to be a part of a growing team responsible for design, support, and standardization of our security solutions. In this role, the candidate will need to be a technical expert in Cybersecurity who is fully qualified and an individual contributor. Core Responsibilities • Excellent verbal and technical writing skills, as well as the ability to effectively convey information security concepts and requirements to a non-technical audience, including both internal and client-facing engagements.

• Assists in defining processes to carry out all security operations functions. • Provides data for operational metrics and progress reports.

• Follow up with site administrators for status on non-compliant platforms and maintain any necessary exception documentation. • Track projects and coordinate amongst various groups to drive issues to completion. • Manage work to achieve financial targets and timelines effectively • Assist, lead team and provide senior level support to team • Demonstrate dedication to integrity and ethics, continual process improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or cybersecurity or equivalent technical work experience delivering security solutions. • At least 5 years of experience supporting a multiple customer base systems and network environments utilizing either: Trellix IDS\IPS, Palo Alto, Fortinet NGFW, Skyhigh Secure Web Gateway, Proofpoint, Cisco Ironport WSA/ESA, Symantec (Bluecoat) • Strong sense of ethics, self-motivation and commitment to responsibility • Ability to manage time and tasks with minimal supervision • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• The ability to assess security events to drive to a resolution. • Extensive knowledge of different security threats. • Strong understanding of core Internet protocols and applications. • Strong networking knowledge • Strong, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to execute with a sense of urgency • Experience in leading/guiding a team • Ability to influence, educate and motivate others • Dedication to lifelong learning, personal growth, and continuous education • Preferred Security Certifications: Security+, CISSP, Palo Alto, Fortinet NSE4 or higher • Maintain/update documentation, as well as document exceptions to standards. • Provides timely and adequate response to threats/alerts, including
