Project Manager – Security

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager, Security. This position offers a remote work option with flexible working hours to include a 9/80 work schedule. This position reports to the Senior Manager, OT/IT Security Chemicals.

Purpose of Job

Lead security program across Chemicals business (Security Scrum Master). Collaborate with program sponsor & cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. Develop new programs to support the strategic roadmap, while managing steady-state operational security programs, including Root Cause Analysis, remediation initiatives, and stakeholder engagements.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage security program across Chemicals business
• Closely collaborate with Project & Engineering teams to integrate security architecture
• Create & regularly update documentation (Security Plans, Controls & Requirements)
• Collaborate with CS team reviewing the implementation of controls & measuring the effectiveness
• Participate in threat scenarios, establishing & driving security control implementation
• Drive the implementation of response plans, assessment plans & remediation initiatives
• Monitor project milestones and critical dates to identify potential risks to schedule
• Ensure that risks associated with project cost, resources, schedule & technical aspects are identified, assessed, documented, tracked & mitigated
• Maintain a collaborative environment with key stakeholders
• Clearly identify & engage program/project stakeholders

Formal Education

• Bachelor’s degree in IT | Cyber Security | related technical field
• Professional security certifications are highly preferred

Working Experience

• 6+ years relevant industry experience
• 4+ years focus on Project Management & Cyber Security
• Global project management experience

Required Personal and Professional Skills

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in an industrial control system (ICS) environment
• Leadership experience with managing a team of Cyber Security professionals
• Excellent command of CS organization practices, operations risk management processes, principles, architectural requirements, engineering threats & vulnerabilities
• Keen understanding of CS national and international laws, regulations, policies and ethics
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of Tools (O365, Teams, Power BI, MS Projects)
