We are seeking someone to join our Information Technology team in St. Louis, Missouri in an Enterprise Delivery role. In this role, you will analyze impact assessment on application and system changes of low to high complexity as they affect the customer and provide impact assessment on potential issues that arise.
Responsibilities
As Enterprise Delivery, you will:
- Continue to improve programs and processes, ensuring efficient execution of all production enterprise systems
- Analyze innovative solutions to technical and business problems, ensuring effective customer service and swift issue resolution to meet business needs and improve service standards
- Maintain security of our workstation infrastructure by ensuring patches and updates are deployed as advised by internal and external contacts
- Analyze impact on production system and application changes, providing ongoing impact assessment on data integrity issues while operating in compliancy guidelines
- Collaborate with IS partners to gather workstation software requirements for new/updated applications and configurations, packaging/testing vendor software, and workstation infrastructure change.
- Collaborate with other End User Technology associates to improve workstation infrastructure and empower Level I and Level II support to troubleshoot and resolve new and more complex issues

Qualifications
We seek people with these qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in IT field or related area or demonstrated ability
- Bachelor of Science (BS) Information Systems or related field
