We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Service management and ticket fulfillment leveraging retained services and vendor provided services
- End user support, documentation, and training
- Identity and access management and asset management
- Technical troubleshooting and issue remediation for computer hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, audio/video presentation technology, and basic network equipment
- Identifying and working across IT teams to deliver secure, compliant, solutions for advanced customer inquiries driving desired business outcomes
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining IT operational processes & procedures, best practices, and customer service guidelines with a focus on continuous improvement
- Working collaboratively with IT application teams, end users, business leadership, corporate IT, and third-party IT service providers
- Improve process efficiencies by implementing automation. Identify repeated tasks as candidates for automation
- Supporting executive management and on-site executive meetings
- Participating on various project teams and drive project deliverables
- Vendor relationship management
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service experience, and ability to relate and communicate with individuals with diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of IT processes including service ticket management and change management
- Knowledge of cyber security best practices including role based access control and least privilege
- Knowledge of IT services including desktop support, application installation and maintenance, server management, storage management, network & telecommunications
- Prior experience working with Microsoft products including: Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Update processes
- Prior experience working with Microsoft Office platform
- Self-motivated and takes initiative to go beyond the minimum requirements
- Excellent organizational skills, and ability to balance priorities
