Description:Corporate Information Security (CIS) Security Infrastructure Operations (SIO) is seeking a Cybersecurity Software Services Manager to serve as the Application Security Automation & Protection (ASAP) manager.

As the ASAP manager, the selected candidate will assume the full lifecycle responsibility of a portfolio of Enterprise services such as software composition (SCA), static/dynamic application security testing (SAST/DAST), and a custom tools API. The organization is comprised of approximately 10 highly skilled, motivated professionals. The ASAP manager is expected to follow established processes in the execution of the job including service sustainment and evolution management, employee engagement/retention, portfolio operations and performance, risk/opportunity management, action item tracking, and metrics-based program reporting. The position is part of the overall SIO PMO and as such will be part of strategies and technical investment decisions for current and future Enterprise capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead execution of portfolio of interrelated projects while maintaining overall strategy aligned to support SIO objectives
– Accountability for day-to-day operations of Enterprise security services to include change/configuration management, incident/outage response, and resource allocation
– Business metric creation and execution to include high-frequency operational and financial data
– Relationship development across Business Area/Programs and Vendor/Partners to ensure optimal value delivery
Basic Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years leadership experience, with recent experience running geographically dispersed teams
– Minimum of 2 years program/subcontract management experience (i.e. PM, DPM, SPM, CAM) with oversight of various work packages, management of cost/schedule performance, risk/opportunity management, daily program execution focused on services meeting quality, cost, and schedule requirements
– Experience managing Operational organizations with demanding availability/quality Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
– Demonstrated ability to review and analyze program metrics as basis for program performance optimization and predictions of future capacity/throughput
– Demonstrated excellence in employee engagement such as teambuilding, recruiting, training, retention, and recognition
– Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Desired Skills:
– Experience working in Agile development processes as applied to IT service delivery and software development
– Experience within the cybersecurity domain with an emphasis on software security best practices
– Familiarity with integration of Software as a Service (SaaS) products within a hybrid cloud environment to include contract/supplier management
