Security Specialist, Corporate Security – Frisco, TX
KDP is seeking a security professional to support with the development and execution of the Physical Security program. The successful candidate will be responsible for operationally supporting physical security throughout the region. They will be responsible for assisting the development, implementation, and maintenance of a robust Physical Security program, which adequately protects our people, facilities, assets, and brand/reputation.

Responsibilities
- Manage physical security project activities, meetings, and site surveys.
- Assist in the development of design planning and capital project execution.
- Performs security profile and design reviews for specified regional facilities.
- Identifies and communicates risks and issues to management.
- Oversee security operations center (SOC) activities related to physical security systems administration and incident management.
- Supports Regional Security Managers project and analytical needs as directed.
- Position will focus on enterprise security project management and security operations administration with Corporate HQ program support.
- Physical security reviews, work place violence, non-fraud investigations, crisis management, emergency preparedness.
- Conduct security program training for SOC personnel and facility security admins.
- Available to be on call for issue resolution and/or incident response.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in a security / project management focused role in the private sector
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
- Physical Security Professional Certification (ASIS-PSP) desired
- Desired Skills include strengths in project management, analytics, incident handling, problem solving, communication-written and verbal as well as high degree of technical skills (proficiency with MS office suite and familiarity with electronic security systems)
