Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunt Lead – Remote
This position is accountable and responsible for the JLL Global Threat Intelligence and, Threat Hunt capabilities. These functions will support pivotal Global Cyber Defense capabilities as our program is Intelligence focused. This role is a highly dynamic role that will require not only strong interpersonal skills, but also advanced technical ability and understanding to support intelligence and hunt processes. Additionally, with the level of integration between core ops functions may be called upon to assist with Incident Response activities.
This position will report directly to the Global Head of Cyber Defense and, in addition interface regularly with senior leaders such as the global CISO, various business lines and technical engineers. A successful candidate must be detail oriented and capable of operating in an extremely dynamic environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the collection, analysis, and dissemination of relevant, actionable, and timely intelligence.
- Establishing and maintaining Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs), and associated Collection Requirements (CRs).
- Delivery of Collection Requirements using both commercial and OSINT methods.
- Establishing and maintaining a regular cadence of threat hunt deliverables.
- Tracking key metrics and continually improving ability to measure and track the maturity and performance of the overall threat program.
- Technical process and procedure development and maintenance.
- Deliver tactical and strategic threat briefings and reports to key business leaders and stakeholders, including the Global CISO and other senior leaders.
- Recommend when applicable control and defensive measures to protect against the organization from advanced threat actor tactics.

- 10-12 years Cybersecurity experience, specifically in a highly technical role.
- Strong appreciation and demonstrated ability to harness automation and custom tooling to meet hunt and intelligence capabilities.
- Advanced working knowledge of Cybersecurity prevention and detection capabilities such as but not limited too EDR, SIEM, IPS, WAF.
- Proficiency with multiple operating systems, as well as multiple cloud environments such as but not limited to Azure, GCP, AWS, O365.
- Familiarity with Cybersecurity industry best practices, frameworks, and methodologies such as but not limited to NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
