The Control System and Cybersecurity Specialist will be responsible for support of process control systems and maintaining cybersecurity effort. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing technical support for process control computer systems and related assets.
  • Performing system security patches, updating cyber security tool agents, and verifying system operational status.
  • Test and image desktops.
  • Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot, software and computer peripherals.
  • Assure that all tickets requiring follow up work and/or calls receive appropriate attention.
  • Maintaining and updating asset inventory of software, hardware and information.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in system support.
  • Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in a break/fix environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows 10 Operating Systems.
  • Working experience on multiple projects at any given time and under time constraints.
  • Ability to work on a team or independently.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and be on call as required.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and climb a ladder.
