  • At least 10 years of experience in technical leadership roles managing large highly complex programs and projects
  • Experience with information security domains with knowledge of security fundamentals and common vulnerabilities
  • Experience executing key information security initiatives internally and externally to the organization
  • Ability to assemble prioritization criteria, resolve conflicting views, and lead cross-functional decisions
  • Ability to think big picture, integrating multiple efforts together to align strategy with execution
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional, cross-organization teams to negotiate and assemble project plans, secure commitments on deliverables, and resolve blocking issues

Apple Information Security’s (AIS) Program Management Office (PMO) is looking for a highly skilled Technical Program Manager with proven experience in cross functional planning and execution. The Technical Program Manager will oversee AIS Quarterly Planning to validate work supports AIS strategy, align priorities, drive investment decisions, and identify opportunities for efficiencies and collaboration across the organization. The role will act as the primary point of intake of new work and will partner closely with senior leaders and Portfolio Managers to define new investment areas, prioritize work, and facilitate decisions on allocation of resources and budget for the organization. Quarterly planning will also include ownership for process and delivery of reporting inclusive of organizational goal reporting, strategy updates and partnering with Finance to communicate investment areas and budget variances. This role will also be expected to produce executive-level reports for AIS and Apple leadership to communicate progress against goals and impact to security. This requires sound business judgment, strategic thinking and prioritization, strong analytical skills, long-term planning and forecasting, senior leadership collaboration, and proven ability to influence others. In addition to strategic planning, this role will be expected to take a hands-on role in defining and executing on PMO programs that enable us to scale and drive delivery across AIS and our partner teams. Areas of focus include but are not limited to security KPIs & measurements, operational reporting, resource allocation tracking, PMO tooling development, and dependency management.

Bachelor/ Master Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Agile certification a plus
  • CISSP and related security certifications a plus
  • PMP certification a plus
  • Experience with Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and other Apple tools or equivalent
