This position must consider and understand Business processing needs as well as internal and external customer requirements as well as compliance requirements such as PCI and SOX. The Security Engineering team directly supports and leads all operational security tools and processes related to IT security. This position must work in conjunction and enhance the CISO’s overall organizational security goals.The Senior Security Engineer role will report into the Director of Security Engineering position.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Design solution models consistent with RL Security Architecture for tool implementation Document areas of significant exposure to the IT environment and recommend solutions Identify and define system security requirements and platforms Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices Act as a subject matter expert providing cyber security and data protection support, to facilitate integration of program objectives with internal and third-party Digital, Retail and Marketing, HR, CRM and Analytics technologyExperience, Skills & Knowledge 5+ years hands-on experience in building and maintaining Security systems required in 4 or more of the following technology domains Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment Strong analytical and problem solving skills, Collaboration, communication and presentation skills Experience providing consultation services in the area of technology architecture.Optional RequirementsA plus if candidate has: Industry certifications in security and/or privacy, e.g.

CISA, CISM, CISSP, IAPP, CEH Bachelor’s Degree preferred and experience working in Global Company
