Director, External Party Risk Management

You will make an impact by:
- Modernizing our External Party Risk Management and Internal Market Assessment teams.
- Leading the transformation to an automated, focused, and data-driven environment.
- Growing existing team members and develop newly hired teammates while focusing on technology and process improvements.
You’ll Sweep Us Off Our Feet if:
- You have around 15 years of experience in Technology
- You have multiple years of experience in people leadership and management.
- You are a senior technologist who can lead a diverse team to prepare and deliver InfoSec focused answers to enable business strategy.
- You are a seasoned people leader who can envision and implement a long-term vision for a complex enterprise.
- You have a proven track record of successfully driving technology programs in large companies.
- You can think differently while building relationships and driving secure solutions both inside and outside of Walmart.
- You can travel internationally when necessary.
- You have a curious mind unbound by existing convention.
- You have experience and knowledge of working in a large-scale enterprise/company.
- You have an understanding of risk and data protection versus business needs.
- You have a desire to make a difference.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or risk related field and 9 years’ experience in information technology or risk related field within the last 15 years OR 12 years’ experience in information technology or risk related field within the last 15 years.
