We’re looking for Customer Service/Underwriting Support Professionals in our Whitehouse Station office. As the Underwriting Support Insurance to Value (UST ITV) Coordinator, you will be assisting the Underwriting Centers by processing home inspections, policy changes, managing inspection requirements/compliance reviews, etc. Join our team to deliver personalized service that demonstrates the value of being insured by Chubb. Job Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service and quality technical content in a fast-paced, automated, high-volume environment.
  • Assume ownership and timeliness in process home inspections, producer notifications, transacting policy changes, and updating underwriting notes in an efficiently and accurately.
  • Review and determine compliance in accordance with inspection requirements, and process non-renewals and cancellations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems while supporting the underwriting centers.
  • Lear with a high regard for accuracy of basic knowledge of personal lines insurance principals and Chubb products, and home inspection details.
  • Efficiently navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze and resolve home inspection processes.
  • Maintain established levels of productivity, service, and quality standards within a fast-paced environment.
  • Works collaboratively with team members, and business partners, support a partnership with the underwriting centers to provide a quality experience for our agents and clients.
  • Work overtime as needed.
  • Complete additional tasks and other projects/duties as assigned.

  • Property and Casualty insurance experience a plus

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing is a plus!
