Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Manage a team of communications and change management professionals to implement communication and behavioral change strategies that maximize workforce adoption, minimize resistance, support business goals, and increase the effectiveness of the Cybersecurity Function across the enterprise.
  • Organize and lead behavioral change management for cybersecurity
  • Grow a culture of cybersecurity across the enterprise to increase benefit realization, value creation, return on investment, and the achievement of results.
  • Provide direct support and coaching to all levels of the organization, work through others to succeed, and support project teams by developing and integrating change management activities into their project/product plans.
  • Act as a member of the cybersecurity leadership team as a subject matter expert to ensure alignment of cybersecurity goals and objectives with business needs.
  • Develop and execute cybersecurity communications strategy.
  • Organize and plan all cybersecurity communications including executive communications, global workforce awareness, cyber function engagements, emergency response communications, process and execution, external communication reviews, and corporate communication support.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, journalism, public relations, change management, marketing or similar field
  • Minimum 10 years related experience
  • Experienced in Agile Methodology
  • Skilled in planning and directing the implementation of behavioral, cultural, organizational, process or technical changes.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across department, divisions, functions, cultures, and levels in a large global company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze and simplify complex data and information and convert it into clear and engaging messaging.
  • Proven ability to work independently, effectively manage multiple priorities, and quickly adapt to new business requirements or rapidly changing needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oil and gas industry experience
  • Cybersecurity experience
