Service Development Representative

Get Inspired by the Work You’ll Do:

  • Managing Pricing, Quoting, and Follow-through on SMARTnet Opportunities

  • Establish and maintain 90% accuracy level when quoting

  • Strive for and maintain ticket count above 100 in a 30 day period

  • Review all quotes provided to the reseller (QA)

  • Mastering of Comstor Tools and Programs Related to Cisco Services

  • Promoting to Comstor Partners, Cisco Representatives, and Comstor Sales and BDM Professionals

  • Educate resellers and internal sales. Promote product offerings and specials resulting in a greater reseller awareness of available service products for their end user customers.

  • Training and Coaching Customers and Internal Sales Professionals on Cisco Service Topics

  • Developing and Managing Sales Pipeline for Service Opportunities

  • Booking of services orders in internal order management system when needed.

  • Fill out RMA template for partial RMA’s

  • Quote and book new services attached

  • Ability to balance working independently and on a team.

  • Accuracy, Ticket Count, Ticket SLA’s, Pipeline spreadsheet updated weekly will be measured as part of your performance

  • Assist in training new team members.

Your Passion is Sparked By:

  • 3-5 Years in IT Sales, Telesales, Account management, or Advanced Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Exceptional Ability to Satisfy the Regular Demands of Work Associates and Customers

  • Demonstrated History in Quickly Learning and Communicating Complex Technical Concepts & Solutions

  • Strong Oral and Written Communications Skills

  • Fluency with Microsoft Office Applications is a Must

  • Experience in the High-technology, Computer, Networking, Network Security and/or Telecommunications Industry is a Plus

  • Familiarity with Cisco Products, Services, and Cisco Quoting Applications such as CSCC and CCW-R is Highly Desirable

  • Experience with Enterprise Class Order Management Applications Such as SAP is Preferred

  • Detail Oriented

  • Able to multi task and meet deadlines.

  • Expert knowledge of Cisco Services and processes.

Colorado Hiring Base Salary Range: $34,000 – $81,500

Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
