We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join Coalfire’s Marketing team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our marketing processes, managing our MarTech stack, overseeing software licenses, implementing best practices, and tracking our marketing budget across the team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses a deep understanding of marketing technologies and operations.

This is a remote role and reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage MarTech Stack: Evaluate, implement, and maintain marketing technology tools and platforms to support the marketing team’s objectives. This includes but is not limited to marketing automation (Pardot), SalesForce CRM, Google analytics, and our content management system Wrike.
  • License Management: Oversee the marketing software licenses and renewals, ensuring alignment with the company‘s strategic goals and budgetary constraints.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve marketing processes and workflows to increase efficiency, productivity, and alignment across teams. Identify areas for automation and implement solutions to streamline operations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze marketing performance data to track key metrics, work with Marketing Data Scientist to identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign effectiveness. Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate results and performance against KPIs.
  • Budget Management: Work closely with the marketing leadership team to develop and manage the marketing budget, tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, IT, and finance teams, to drive alignment, share best practices, and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing operations and MarTech to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in marketing operations or technology is a plus.
  • 10 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity services industry.
  • Proven track record of managing marketing technology platforms and optimizing processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, or equivalent), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and other marketing tools and Google analytics software.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Project management software experience, such as with Wrike or similar tool (i.e.. Asana)

At Coalfire, equal opportunity and pay equity is integral to the way we do business. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role is $94,000 to $163,000 based on national salary averages. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications and other factors. You may also be eligible to participate in annual incentive, commission, and/or recognition programs.
