What You’ll Contribute

Provide security technical expertise and project leadership for the Identity and Access Management team. Review projects, new applications, and existing user access for appropriate security controls and segregation of duties. Establish and document policies, procedures and guidelines related to user and system access. Assist in compliance reviews and ensures processes and procedures are in compliance.

What You’ll Do

Identity and Access Management

  • Ensures processes and application access is in alignment with Corporate Standards and audit guidelines and requirements.
  • Establishes, documents and monitors controls for user access policies and procedures.
  • Assists in security acceptance testing for user administration.
  • Understands the IAM and Architecture of AWS and Azure.

Project Management

  • Recommends and leads department-wide initiatives regarding user administration.
  • Establishes, defines and monitors multiple projects.
  • Leads and manages projects including complex projects that are multi-faceted and integrate and/or deploy new technology and/or processes.

People/Resource Management

  • Manages key deliverables and SME’s assigned to tasks related to IAM.
  • Leads and mentors the team. Manage Identity and Access Managers and other technical Analysts.
  • Provides coaching and training to the team to ensure an effective culture is created.

Other

  • Provides direction, consultation and training for staff.

What You Have

Minimum: Indicate minimum education, skills and experience required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, computer technology or other related area field and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years progressive experience working in a Corporate Security or Infrastructure field
  • 1 – 2 years of direct, hands on experience in security administration.
  • 3 – 5 years management experience
  • Proven project management and leadership skills and experience with SDLC and Agile as it applies to Information Security.
  • Must understand information security concepts, protocols, “industry best practices” and strategies.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with project and application development teams, management and clients is a must.
  • Leadership, analytical, teamwork, organization and time management skills are critical.
  • Must be focused, energetic, meet commitments, and be willing to take ownership, have excellent judgment and integrity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills. The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring strategic focus is maintained in order to accomplish department goals and business objectives.
  • High levels of presentation and interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to deal with a wide range of people including IT technical analysts and architects, IT Managers/Directors, business unit management, and senior executives.
  • A highly motivated self-starter. Ability and willingness to work flexibly, under pressure and able to meet deadlines without prompting.
  • A team player who understands how to build consensus and who has the ability to motivate and manage others, and ensure assigned tasks and deliverables are being accomplished, reported and completed.

Preferred: Indicate “nice to haves” regarding education, skills, and experience.

  • Experience with industry regulatory requirements and working with internal and external audit staff
