Responsibilities

As part of the growing Identity and Access Management (IAM) team this security engineering position will be part of managing the lifecycle of identities and the tools and platforms that make the end user experience frictionless, and secure. As an Identity and Access Management Engineer you will be critical to the success of our goals and mission within security. You will share responsibility with the team for all facets of IAM systems (PAM, IGA, Audit/Access Reviews, SSO, Directory Services, MFA, etc. ) and most importantly how these roles interconnect to provide solid automation and secure solutions.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience: – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technical discipline related to Information Technology and Identity and Access Management – Experience implementing complex technology solutions, requirements gathering, and working with application teams – 5+ direct years experience with Identity and Access Management technologies, 5+ years of relevant hands-on technical management experience implementing and/or managing IAM related tools and platforms: IGA Platforms (Okta, SailPoint, etc.); IdP Providers (Active Directory Azure and on-prem, AWS, GCP); PAM Solutions (CyberArk, Okta); PaaS and IaaS (AWS, Azure and GCP) – Working knowledge of Okta and Sailpoint: Application and login policies; Application integrations with API’s and/or SCIM (REST); Passwordless configurations; Mult-Factor Authentication; Conditional Access – Working knowledge of SAML, OpenID, OAuth, WS-Federation – Working knowledge of Server (Windows and Linux) and Workstation (Window and Mac) Operating Systems – Working knowledge of Windows Active Directory – Knowledge of network routing, services, and security protocols – Ability to work productively while remote and communicate effectively in a virtual team environment – Intermediate to Advanced PowerShell Scripting skills – Automation experience – Experience with ITIL processes and change control. – Experience with source code repositories such as Git and SVN. – Experience developing connectors and interfaces that integrate IDM solutions with applications, including web services, Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), healthcare management systems and cloud service providers – Troubleshooting and support for the Account Provisioning team – Incident response as needed – Customer focus with relationship building and leadership skills – Participate in occasional on-call support and/or support others after hours – Participate in design / architecture reviews of systems and future systems planning – Excellent testing skills, communications, and documentation Required Credentials: – N/A Preferred: – Desired Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA – Experience with ERP systems (Lawson, Workday) – Experience with Epic and Healthcare is a plus – Building and supporting policy and standards. – Experience working in DevOps environment, automation first mindset, ability to leverage coding/scripting skills and working experience with APIs. – Management of test tier environments (SSL, LDAP) – Think with a security mindset while successfully analyzing business risk and remediation effort, to prioritize efforts and projects and not impact the organization
