Job Responsibilities:

Provide expert property legal advice to clients, including individual property owners, builders, investors, and corporate clients.

Handle all legal documentation related to property transactions, including sale deeds, lease agreements, title verifications, and property registrations.

Represent clients in property-related litigation including civil suits, disputes over ownership, encroachments, and partition cases.

Stay updated with the latest changes in property laws, regulations, and court rulings in Delhi and across India.

Assist clients with due diligence before purchasing or leasing properties.

Act as a mediator or negotiator in resolving real estate conflicts outside the courtroom when possible.

Coordinate with government bodies, real estate authorities, and registration offices for legal compliance.
Required Qualifications:

LL.B. degree from a recognized law school and enrollment with the Bar Council of Delhi.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a property lawyer in Delhi, with proven case history.

Strong knowledge of Indian property law, real estate regulations, and civil procedures.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Ability to offer practical and effective property legal advice to diverse clientele.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in reputed real estate law firms or as an independent practitioner handling complex property matters.

Strong network and understanding of local property laws in Delhi and the NCR region.
