The Program Manager – ISA Compliance and SAP Security Design JOB SUMMARY:  Leads a team who creates, maintains and approves user accounts and provides administration support for TechOps IT systems.  Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Tech Ops Policy and Procedures related to information security and compliance. Represent the Information Owner/s on all areas of privacy and Information Security. Continually identify, assess, and resolve problems concerning IO controlled systems or information.  This position is also the Primary Business Information Security Officer (BISO) for TechOps – responsible for establishing the business processes and procedures necessary to ensure interpretation, awareness, compliance, and enforcement of the corporate Information Security Policies and Standards (ISP&S) – HRPM 1119, appropriate Corporate Policies, and all appropriate local and national laws and regulations. Ensure audit trails are implemented and reviewed on a regular basis for all systems storing or transferring information classified by the Information Owner/s as RESTRICTED OR CONFIDENTIAL.  Provide expertise and security design for SAP IT projects and other IT projects during development and implementation new system implementations or system enhancements within Technical Operations.  Ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley legislation by working with auditors and providing support and troubleshooting of issues with TechOps SAP risk mitigations. Review ERP authorization requests and release plans to determine and resolve any conflicts between current and proposed functionality in SAP R/3 and EBP systems. Conduct biannual user audits to include inappropriate users and users with inappropriate access privileges. Primary Business Continuity Plan (BCP) representative for TechOps – responsible for overseeing and coordinating compliance with corporate BCP rules and strategies and for recurring BCP drills at TechOps.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

Bachelor’s degree in information security, information technology or other related field preferred. Prefer a minimum of five years of relevant experience in an information security or information technology areas. Project Management and Blackbelt or Greenbelt certification a plus. BCP Certified preferred. Should have a full understanding of Corporate and TechOps Information security standards, TechOps IT systems and Technical Operations business processes. Experience working with internal and external auditors; good understanding of system risk and mitigating controls, segregation of duties, Sarbanes-Oxley legislation. Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal are required. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization. Excellent active listening skills. Problem solving and root cause identification skills. Strong analytic and decision making abilities. Must be a team player and able to work with and through others. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
