Program Manager, Privacy Measurement

We are looking for a Program Manager to build a privacy measurement program, leveraging data from teams across the organization, including but not limited to Privacy Audit, Incident Management, Product and Engineering teams.
Program Manager, Privacy Measurement Responsibilities
  • Make Privacy risk, safeguards and commitments status visible, by improving current tools and/or sourcing new ones to make the process efficient and reliable
  • Build a privacy risk maturity program leveraging the current risk posture regarding our internal and external commitments
  • Identify the most appropriate data analytics tool(s) to display privacy commitments and risks in a customizable way that could be suitable to 360 stakeholders – Leadership, Product, Engineering, Compliance and Privacy teams
  • Launch and facilitate a privacy risk and measurement committee, monthly reporting the top privacy risks and commitments issues to the chief privacy officer, Product
  • Generate insights across all Privacy Incident data to identify trends and pinpoint process and standards gaps
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years work experience doing quantitative analysis in a Tech Risk environment, either as an Information Security professional or Privacy professional
  • 2+ years SQL experience and Data Lake related queries and ingestion
  • 2+ years of experience in identifying and vetting measurement tools
  • 2+ years of experience in Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
  • 5+ years experience running large scale ($100 million+ ) programs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on Privacy technical issues within Privacy Engineering or Privacy Compliance
  • Experience running a risk measurement platform in a regulatory, time-sensitive context such as GDPR, CCPA or NYDFS RR500
