In this role, you’ll be joining a dynamic team at the forefront of transforming healthcare data connectivity. You will:
- Work with business operations leaders, decision-makers, and stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues.
- Design and deploy new services and enhancements to existing services, software, and operating systems.
- Consistently works to enhance system performance and systems availability.
- Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
- Provides 24×7 hardware and software support for infrastructure components as part of a rotating on call process.
- Assume role as Technical Lead on deployment projects, including hands-on configuration of complex components.
- Participate in the identification of vulnerabilities and their mitigation.
- Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
What you will bring to the table:
- Strong Jira Software and Jira Service Desk experience is required to be successful
- Confluence experience
- 5+ years of IT experience in either Operations, Service, or Support with progressive roles and responsibilities
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Bonus points if:
- Experience with enterprise class ticketing solutions (ServiceNow, ServiceDesk Plus, etc.).
- Experience with scripting for process automation and administration.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field preferred.
