Specific Responsibilities Would Include

This position across process and technology design, development, and support of a world-class Product Lifecycle Management solution. This role champions the development and implementation standards PLM efficiencies across a large and diverse group of divisions and brands. The position will partner with our Design and Technology associates to establish a framework and processes for valuable data as well as seamless transmission between partnering systems leading internal IT members and consultants – from frontline execution and budgeting.

  • Direct various teams, as well as, hands on development of functional and technical specification documents and system test cases for PLM customizations / interfaces / reports based on the functional design document.
  • Analyze, optimize and directs support and or troubleshooting of PLM system performance / partners with technical resources on DB tuning.
  • Work closely with SaaS vendor on monitor performance and system health of production, replication and testing environments.
  • Manage relationship with SaaS vendor to provide memory management, heap size settings, disc/log monitoring.
  • Provide requirement and build in testing/production environments accordingly for enhancement request
  • Manage the design and execution of end-user system access activities.
  • Effectively communicate with internal operations and IT teams.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • Experience with Flex PLM SaaS 11.2
  • Prior use of Flex PLM 10.1/10.2 a plus
  • Good understanding of enterprise architecture and the integration points between application/technology areas.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience with a Flex PLM customization.
  • Preferred at least 3 years of experience in creating functional requirement specifications based on Design
  • Ability to understand business requirements and identify impact on the business.
  • Ability to work independently and/or lead others in a team setting.
  • Solid executive presence and ability to work with all levels within our organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills, facilitation skills, planning & meeting coordination.
  • Heterogeneous IT operations experience a plus
  • Change management and Project Management skills are a must.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Organized, self-motivated.
