Position Summary

Responsible for managing, developing and implementing group-wide IT infrastructure and security information systems and services. Plans and manages resources to deliver the optimum infrastructure and security solutions. Promotes systems solutions to infrastructure and security problems. Develops group strategic plans in accordance with management expectations and needs, incorporates enterprise systems solutions, and supports Corporate IT directions and goals.Responsibilities

– Develops annual IT infrastructure and security plans, budget forecast, resource support, IT infrastructure, and security plans. – Implements and maintains practices and policies for standard operation and performance of the divisions. – Directs the implementation and maintenance of systems and services providing essential infrastructure for both information technology and operational technology. – Manages the efficiency and effectiveness of these systems or services against the guidelines required to meet user requirements. – Reviews and maintains the compliance of systems to established standards in order to assure future flexibility and maintainability. – Provides professional and timely feedback to the corporation through established channels (semi-annual IT meetings, work groups, technology councils, etc.) to identify new business opportunities for information technology applications and investments. – Provides directly, or through coordination, training of division personnel on information systems used by the division. – Works on special projects with group and Corporate IT departments. – Prepares division IT infrastructure budget plan, forecast and subsequent implementation. – Ensures the Infrastructure team’s adherence to Corporate IT standards, directions, and goals. – Recruits, trains, and develops staff to deploy these services as required.Qualifications

– Bachelor’s Degree – 10 to 15 years relevant experience. – Strong infrastructure and automation skills – Proven track record in leading an IT organization – Hands-on leadership of major IT change initiatives – Background in IT Infrastructure, Security, Lean, Quality, Finance, or business operations – Excellent communication and collaboration skills – Proven Project management skills – Excellent budget management skills – Professionalism: Excellence, timeliness, and completeness of work; responsible; team attitude; interest in educating others; positive presentation and appearance. – Managerial skills: Oral/written communication, coaching/mentoring/team building , customer service, organization, and planning.
