Business Continuity and Resilience (BCR) Senior Manager

What You’ll Do For Us

Supporting the Senior Director of BCR in the development of the resilience strategy. They will roll out the strategy, framework and BCR programme across the Coca-Cola System at a Strategic and Operational level.

  • Lead the delivery of our Business Continuity and Emergency Planning programmes.
  • Develop the resilience framework and taking the programmes to the next levels by taking into account the needs of our internal and external partners.
  • Design new validation and certification methodologies for the BCR and IMCR programmes
  • Host strategic testing and exercise sessions to assess whether key mitigations and response plans are effective.
  • Be a SME to the business and expand and embed the programmes.
  • Development of performance metrics on key indicators by the introduction of interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Develop executive committee presentations, associated summaries and back up materials for required program reporting.
  • Establish minimum global training and validation standards.
  • Support Operations Units, core functions, Global Ventures and bottling partners with risk treatment advice and guidance.
  • Support the Corporate Incident management and Business Continuity Teams.
  • Deliver the overall execution of the engagement strategy through various means such as awareness campaigns, communication, program management and enhancements.
  • Establish minimum global training and validation standards.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required
  • Certificate of Business Continuity Institute
  • ISO 22301 Lead Implementor and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementor
  • Proven ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate and execute complex projects
  • Proven ability in relationship management across diverse and complex work environments
  • Must possess the ability to seek alternatives and recommend best solutions that gain all parties support and lead to win-win results
