Chubb is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Global Privileged Access Management (PAM) Lead. The successful candidate will lead and oversee all aspects of our organization’s PAM operations on a global scale, with a specific focus on leveraging CyberArk solutions. This is a critical leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity practices.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global strategy for Privileged Access Management operations aligned with the organization’s overall cybersecurity goals. Provide strategic direction to enhance the organization’s cyber resilience through effective Privileged Access Management practices.
  • CyberArk Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with CyberArk solutions. Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of CyberArk tools to ensure effective privileged access controls.
  • Team Management: Lead a global team of PAM professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with cybersecurity policies and standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks related to privileged access and implement measures to mitigate these risks. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging threats to continually enhance the organization’s security posture.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure that Privileged Access Management practices align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and standards related to privileged access.
  • Incident Response and Investigation: Collaborate with the incident response team to investigate and respond to security incidents related to privileged access. Develop and maintain incident response plans specific to privileged access incidents.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Privileged Access Management.
  • Proven track record of leadership in global cybersecurity programs.
  • Extensive experience with CyberArk solutions and a deep understanding of privileged access controls.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CyberArk certifications are highly desirable.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.
