Position Summary
The IT Cybersecurity Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily support, maintenance and management of cybersecurity solutions that support the company’s digital strategy and capabilities commensurate with the company’s risk profile and tolerance. This is accomplished through close collaboration and coordination with the other cybersecurity and IT and OT functions. This position reports to the Cybersecurity Operations Manager.
This position belongs to a family of jobs with increasing responsibility, competency, and skill level. Actual position title and pay grade will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and lead the IT Cybersecurity Engineering and Administration team in the daily operations, maintenance and life cycle of cloud, network, and endpoint cybersecurity solutions.
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including configuration, tuning, enhancements, and break-fix support.
  • Collaborate with other IT and OT functions and business units to anticipate required IT cybersecurity services and partner with corresponding programs or projects as needed.
  • Plan, set direction, oversee, and provide critical support in the strategic and tactical planning for the design, implementation, and use of cybersecurity technology and services, including ongoing resource and budget management.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the cybersecurity leadership team to develop strategy, execute initiatives, and measure results, including clearly defined plans, deliverables, budget, and metrics.
  • Continually align all activities with NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-82, and other relevant industry frameworks and regulatory requirements for securing business environments.
  • Track and report program and project metrics and performance to senior leadership
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team grounded in leadership accountability and learning agility through effective goal setting, coaching, development, and performance feedback systems.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology (IT), cybersecurity, or related discipline.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
