Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Strategy

• Provides high level consulting services to evaluate, recommend, design, and implement information security compliance and analytics solutions and process improvements.
• Anticipates stakeholder needs and identifies requirements by establishing personal rapport with stakeholders and internal/external resources to understand business and information security requirements.
• Oversees initial project development surrounding new processes and the integrating of new processes with existing ones. Communicates these changes to impacted clients and other resources.

Operations & Delivery

• Ability to assist in managing all aspects of assigned IT Information Security projects– full life cycle (planning and requirements through testing and implementation – per LS&Co. IT standards and procedures for project management and project governance check-point processes)
• Develops detailed project plans, schedules and actively manages project financials using established standards and tools.
• Provides work direction and leadership to assigned project teams, including scheduling, assignment of work and review of project efforts
• Prepares detailed operating and financial reports in support of functional and strategic issues. Delivers assigned projects on time and within budget. Maintain tight controls on project budget and budget/spend forecasts.
• Identify and manage project resources ensuring accurate internal labor capitalization.
• Delivers project status updates and reviews in a timely consistent and professional manner
• Proactively monitors the project plan (milestones and critical path dates), identifying and resolving issues and assessing variances.
• Gathers metrics and develops and implements changes (per standard approval processes) to ensure that the project remains within scope, and is within time, cost and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings as needed and provide the team with documented action items. Follow-up on outstanding deliverables until completion. Escalate when necessary. (10%)
• Develops detailed project plans, schedules and actively manages project financials using established standards and tools. (10%)
• Oversees initial project development surrounding new processes and the integrating of new processes with existing ones. Communicates these changes to impacted clients and other resources. (5%)

• Engage and manage vendor relationships in partnership with the Information Security Director (5%)
• Manage and communicate change: Define impact, Track performance, and Transfer ownership (5%)
• Create Purchase Requisitions, track Purchase Orders, and balance project budgets. (5%)
• Create and track contractual agreements through lifecycle in Salesforce platform. (5%)
• Support Audit and Compliance activities as needed (5%)
