The BDS Security Division of North America Atos is currently looking for a Cloud Security Architect to be a part of a growing team responsible for design, review and standardization of our solutions. Candidate will be engaged in initiatives with various customers to further data and service projects running in one or more vendor clouds.

Core Responsibilities
• Participate in development and implementation of secure design, architecture, requirements, principles and standards.
• Ensure technical quality of the solution delivered to the customer, respecting their agreed requirements, budget, schedule.
• Exhibit expertise in public cloud architecture and native security and next generation access control architecture such as SASE design principles.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with business, technical, project and vendor teams and involve them in the overall strategy.
• Ensure that customer specifications, architecture and operational specifications, business and IT processes, security and compliance requirements are translated into and reflected throughout the solution development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business contacts to ensure third-party peered solutions also stay in-sync with our standards, controls, policies, and principles.
• Contribute to maintenance and development of BDS standard solutions per technological developments, global market trends and ongoing customer needs.
• Setup and perform lab validation tests of product integrations, incorporating lab discoveries into a feasible deployment plan.
• Serve as source of reliable and trusted cybersecurity consultation re: design, reviews and recommendations for various IT projects and initiatives.
• Demonstrate dedication to integrity and ethics, continual process improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or cybersecurity or equivalent technical work experience delivering security solutions.
• Current professional architecture certifications from one or more hyperscaler (AWS, Google Cloud, MS Azure).
• 5+ years hands-on technical cybersecurity experience developing, implementing, and integrating security solutions in complex technical environments.
• Sound knowledge of cloud security and architectural design principles for public and hybrid cloud infrastructure, virtualization, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, microservices, containerization, data management, interconnect, routing, tunneling, DNS, etc.
• Experience designing and delivering various security technologies such as NGFW, SIEM, EDR, and cloud native solutions like CSPM, CASB, SASE, DLP, etc
• Ability to interpret and incorporate complex business requirements into appropriate solutions while ensuring security and quality in design parameters
• Strong sense of ethics, self-motivation and commitment to responsibility
• Ability to manage time and tasks with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Ideally, experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, OpenShift, VMWare Tanzu, etc
• Experience delivering business presentations of solution designs, architecture reviews, and collaboration Q+A with various virtual cross-functional business partners, project, customer and vendor teams.
• Ability to remain calm and effective while managing multiple projects and priorities and various on-time delivery schedules in a complex environment
• Ability to influence, educate and motivate others
