About the Role: Looking for a passionate Integration (Middleware) Lead Developer with 8+ years of experience in building middleware services and pipelines. Collaborate with solutions architects, cloud architects, application architects, data architects and security team to ensure the middleware platform and solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.

Responsibilities Include:

• Help define the integration and dataflow architecture. Identify gaps in available integration services and work on remediation strategies to ensure stability as the underlying platform technologies continue to evolve
• Help assess future API management tools, vetting capabilities against requirements and performing validation activities as required
• Contribute to development and management of API layer for business partner integration; e.g. mobile apps, ERP, third-party applications and services
• Build a common ESB service framework to scale and meets sub-second SLAs
• Develop Integrations using various programming languages and related tools/frameworks as requirement demands
• Responsible for reviewing code written by other developers, bug fixing, coordinating testing and code migration
• Identify, analyze, and develop interfaces and integration flows using Talend DI & ESB platform including Talend Cloud (TMC, API Designer)
• Troubleshoot issues, suggest fixes, coordinate with Talend support
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve production incidents and proactively seek opportunities to develop preventative measures to avoid recurrence

About You: 

• 5+ years of working on API implementation (REST API and SOAP services) in any Middleware platform
• Expertise in various Enterprise Integration Patterns including File Transfer, Publish-Subscribe, Message Routing, Throttling, Message transformation/enrichment etc.
• 3+ years of experience working with the Talend Studio as a Developer
• Hands-on expertise in API gateway (Preferred Apigee), Talend ESB and Talend DI Components
• Hands on knowledge of Talend Data Mapper
• Have good knowledge on the Talend Studio (DI and ESB), connectors, transformation components, flows
• Experience in Java & Webservice (REST APIs and SOAP services) design and implementation
• Expertise in XML and JSON message handling. Experience in working with any standards such as EDI, OAGIS, RosettaNet would be an added advantage
• Hands on experience in JMS Messaging using message brokers
• Should have experience building Integrations using Camel components in Talend ESB. Should have in-depth knowledge of tRESTRequest, tRESTResponse, tRESTClient and json handling components
• Experience in Talend Cloud TMC and API Designer is highly desired
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOA Architecture styles and their best practices
• Have expertise in large distributed systems, legacy experience is considered an asset. Background in both agile and waterfall methodologies
• Experience working in onsite-offshore model
• Experience in Talend Cloud is highly desired
• Experience in any leading Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.) would be a plus
• Should be a motivated, self-learner whose technical expertise is not limited to projects alone
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills and the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders, support personnel and clients (external and internal)
• Ability to work with developers in an in-and-out outsourced environment
