As we continue to increase our footprint at an international scale, we are looking for a talented IT professional to help with the data integration and technical support for our business partners in Enterprise Safety & Security, along with improving employee end user experiences.

Here are a few examples of things you’ll do:

  • Develop an understanding of technical aspects of infrastructure management functions including performance, capacity, scalability, recovery, & maintenance
  • Engage with business partners, gather information, and consult to come up with resolutions
  • Support and work with guidance on multiple vendor solutions for Enterprise Safety and Security portfolio which include the following technologies:
    • Access Control
    • Video Management
    • Visitor Management
    • Threat Intelligence Tools
    • eKey Systems
    • IRIS biometrics
  • Assist in communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders as well as communicate business objectives to the technical team
  • Own small to medium features from technical design through completion
  • Stay current and engaged on industry trends
  • Participate in technical design of features

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 2+ years’ work experience or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional Data integration experience
  • Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both It and non-IT partners
  • Required to provide on-call support
  • Experience writing moderate to complex SQL scripts

Additional desired skills and experience:

  • Experience working with data tools such as Denodo, or Informatica
  • Experience using tools such as Power BI or Business Objects
  • Experience with SPO and using tools Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Experience supporting applications that run on Windows Server environments
  • Working with Application and Web Servers, applying system patches
  • General Network knowledge
  • The ability to understand how IOT devices work across different network schemes (LAN, and WAN)
  • Experience with cloud technologies
  • API Knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with Genetec is a plus

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range

$58700 – $114000 / year

Work Environments

This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to determine which option may align best based on several factors.
