Position Summary:

The Converged Security Architecture (CSA) team within ADP’s Global Security Organization (GSO) is responsible for the research, design, and standardization of ADP’s integrated global protection and security infrastructure. The CSA team is responsible for leading these efforts for ADP worldwide across a broad set of security disciplines providing an integrated security ecosystem to detect, defend, and respond to business impacting cyber and physical security, data protection, and fraud prevention. The CSA team must have strong skills in conducting technical analysis of security and business problems, as well as threats, incidents, investigational, and other general security related issues. The Architect must also have the ability to communicate well, motivate and lead cross functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Physical and Cyber Security Initiatives
  • Motivate and lead cross functional teams through effective communication, mentoring, delegation, and prioritization

Qualifications Required:

Desirable Pre-requisite Knowledge:

  • 8 years minimum related experience
  • Experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining physical and cyber security architectures in enterprise class organizations
    • Network Based (Firewalls, DLP, NIDS, Netflow, DPI, Proxies, Anti-Malware, etc.)
    • Host Based (Firewalls, DLP, HIDS, DPI, Anti-Malware, Encryption, etc.)
    • Physical Security Controls (Badging Systems, Video Systems, PSIM, etc.)
  • Experience securing cloud environments
    • IaaS and PaaS (AWS, GCP, and Azure)
    • SaaS (Microsoft Office 365, Google Docs, SAP, etc.)
  • Experience with compliance technologies and reporting (vulnerability management, server hardening, configuration management, etc.)
  • Experience creating technical security standards
  • Expert understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and Internet architectures
  • Must be able to function in a dynamic environment subject to impromptu changes in schedules and priorities
  • Demonstrate well-developed organizational, written communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS applications Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Programming Experience preferred
  • CISSP and other security certifications preferred
