Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage alerts (automated and referral) generated to determine if escalation to investigation is required.
  • Supports each investigation with appropriate analysis and documents investigation activities, artifacts, and conclusions.
  • Role is accountable for data gathering, analysis, process review, gap analysis, and the development of presentations and reports for executive leadership.
  • Apply professional analytical and communication skills to track Corporate Investigation reports and prepare detailed analyses that address key insights and conclusions to support decision making.
  • Maintain and enhance existing policies, standards, procedures, checklists, and playbooks to meet changing business landscape and typologies.
  • Support Corporate Investigations and Internal Fraud risk functions across 1B, 2LOD and Audit.
    • Risk assessments
    • Control maintenance and testing
    • Regulatory examinations
    • Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
  • Support the preparation and delivery of training and awareness campaigns.
  • Ability to conduct open-source research, both internal and external databases.
  • Provide records management support activities, preservation notices and quarterly testing as required by U.S. Data Management Operations.
  • Role uses judgement on priorities and approaches to recognize emerging intelligence needs and gather relevant information.
  • Prefer the incumbent have Tableau, PowerBI, or other reporting model skillsets.
