We are looking for an Associate to join Coalfire’s Cyber Risk Advisory team.

Job Summary

As an Associate on our Cyber Risk Advisory team, you will support client engagements by conducting research, reviewing documents, participating in client interviews, and report preparation. You’ll work collaboratively with a team to address client’s most pressing cybersecurity needs.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (four-year college or university) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Zero to two years of experience in IT and/or cybersecurity
  • An interest and a desire to advance your career in cybersecurity
  • Strong analytical and communications (written and oral) skills
  • Team player who thrives on collaboration

Bonus Points

  • Consulting/professional services experience
  • An understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Risk Management Framework, the Center for Internet Security Top Critical Security Controls, FAIR Risk Analysis methodology
  • An understanding of Cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and underlying technologies

At Coalfire, equal opportunity and pay equity is integral to the way we do business. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role is $53,000 to $92,00 based on national salary averages. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications and other factors. You may also be eligible to participate in annual incentive, commission, and/or recognition programs.
