Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Responsibilities for Oracle Architect

Identifying and documenting business process improvements.

Migrating configured DEV instance to PROD

Lead solutions development for Master Data Management in the areas of EDQ(Enterprise Data Quality), EDQP (in the General Security Principles) and PDH

Conduct data management assessments and identify pain points for capabilities, including data quality, governance, architecture, analytics, metadata management, master data management, , and future state governance strategy

Define business processes for managing Master Data throughout the data lifecycle, including data quality, metadata, and workflow technology.

Provide thought leadership, frameworks, and best practices required to deliver an effective data governance solution.

Define and support MDM strategies for the platform and the security required to support a clinical environment.

Lead planning review sessions with Project Managers, peers, and consultants

Support functional users and application developers for Master data management applications.

Verify, validate, and implement MDM Application system environment and infrastructure/configurations for optimal performance and scalability.

Desired experience for Oracle Architect includes:

Implementation of mass updates

Liaison with technical team on interface maintenance, systems maintenance, functional requirements for development work

Liaison with technical system administrator on technical set ups impacting functional delivery.

Provide approval of functional users including access rights and security to the System Administrator

Key member of the implementation team

Ensure completeness of process documentation.

Expertise in either of the functional areas – Finance, Procurement or HCM

Structured communication and Analytical and quantitative skills

Should be able to work closely with Business leaders, process owners and SMEs to elicit CPQ business requirements / business processes and articulate to technical specifications.

Should have Strong knowledge of application security design and development to include new / modification for user security role creation and personalization.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (equivalent professional experience may be considered for substitution for the required degree on an exception basis).

5+ years of experience with Oracle 10g+ RDBMS or later includes strong proficiency skills in both Unix and Windows environment (this can include at least 4 years of database design)
