Blackbaud is looking for an experienced Identity Governance Engineer to join our organization and help drive the enterprise identity strategy forward.  As a member of Cyber’s Identity, Governance and Administration (IGA) team, the candidate will be responsible for enhancing identity-based governance and compliance programs across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will be passionate about security and possess a strong background in identity. They will be responsible for enhancing, automating, and streamlining a comprehensive identity governance program.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of identity governance services within our internal and consumer environments.
Build strong relationships with federated identity teams/functions.

Responsible for the processes, controls, and governance activities for all IGA solutions.
Define, implement, and maintain IAM processes documentation and control/risk inventory.
Enhance and enrich Blackbaud’s access and role re-certification procedures.
Automate governance and compliance testing.
Build and maintain approval workflows, alerting configurations and rules sets within the IGA and Privilege Access Management (PAM) toolsets.

Maintain IGA & PAM reporting cadences for monthly KPI/KRI dashboards.
Automation of identity lifecycle processes that comply with regulatory requirements.
Partnering with Business Analysts to identify business and technical requirements.

What we’d like you to have:

Strong understanding and experience with IGA, including identity lifecycle management, PAM, segregation of duties (SOD) and access certifications.
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant degree or equivalent work experience
Industry recognized professional certification.
8+ years’ experience in identity access management roles
8+ years’ experience with Public Cloud and Active Directory

Possesses effective communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working in matrix teams and solo projects/efforts.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and high stress situation.

The starting base pay is $117,200.00 to $157,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
