Responsible for analyzing, designing, installing, configuring, and supporting multiple application and database systems. Responsible for working with end users on maintaining and upgrading clinical and business application systems. Responsible for daily monitoring and troubleshooting application issues, hardware and application components to ensure system availability to all users. Develops and implements new procedures, documents, develops test plans, and conducts all testing. Assists in the installations, upgrades, support, and problem resolution for server based operating and database systems. Provide direction, information, and recommendations regarding software applications and server configurations and installations.
Education/Qualifications
An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred; significant experience may substitute for formal training.
The candidate needs 5 or more years of related experience in information systems and experience in planning, analysis, design, implementing, documenting and troubleshooting of the same.
