Johnson and Johnson is recruiting a Manager – Cybersecurity IAM IGA Engineer. This position may be based in J&J office in Raritan, NJ or any remote location within North America.

Cybersecurity IAM – IGA Engineer will be an individual contributor but will be working with multi-functional teams of IAM and DevSecOps Engineers to design, develop and deliver of Identity and Access Management and Identity Governance and Administration technical solutions for both Cloud and On-Premises. Development will adopt and follow Agile and DevSecOps models for delivery based on CI/CD Automate for on-boarding and configuration of applications for IGA to support general IAM and IGA solutions and tools.

You will be responsible for the design and implementation of IAM/IT solutions based on One Identity Manager, ARS, and Forge Rock Autonomous Identity. You will partner with other engineers and continuously improve the engineering process. You will report directly to the Identity Management Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Product Owner and Analyst in analyzing complex business requirements, defining user-stories and acceptance criteria. Communicate technical and architectural visions.
  • Work with squad engineers building and maintaining software and platforms, translating user-stories into working code, using modern design patterns and architectural principles.
  • Be accountable for code written by squad members being high quality, well-documented, aligned to standards, efficient, and easy to maintain.
  • Drive testing and deployment of software solutions to achieve quality objectives
  • Solving and supporting issues, ensuring root cause prevention and improved support as well as remediation
  • Handle IAM/IGA technical and security debt and promote security awareness
  • Contribute to resource planning, framework creation and engineering process development.
  • Investigate emerging IAM/IGA technologies, new engineering techniques and drive continuous improvement to increase adoption.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure end-to-end integration, manage risks and address cross-squad dependencies and impediments.
  • Work to company standard ITSM and SDLC procedures and practices.

Qualifications

Qualifications – Required

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent is required for this position.
  • 2 – 5 years of proven experience in software development with .Net, SQL, Windows, AD and Cloud.
  • At least 5 years’ developing and supporting Identity and Access Management at enterprise scale.
  • Demonstrable experience in a multi-cloud environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in developing effective partnerships and relationships with all areas and levels of the organization.

Qualifications – Preferred

  • Shown experience of customizing IGA or IT platforms/tools.
  • Some Scripting exp. PowerShell, Python, etc…
  • Experience of provisioning to SaaS using native connectors or SCIM 2.0.
  • Experience optimizing access recertification and improving UX.
  • Certifications in cybersecurity (CISM, CISSP), IAM (CIDPRO), audit (CISA) or risk management (CRISC).
  • Proficiency in the creation and maintenance of operational documentation (SOPs, WIs).
  • Consistent track record in large projects, balancing multiple priorities and delivering results.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $93,000 to $139,000.
