Primary Responsibilities For Position

Responsible for leading team to complete all project deliverables

Manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapid growing, fast paced team environment

Provide data analytics of account activity for IAM infrastructure

Ensure application integrations into Identity Management tools are compliant with required security policies

Ad hoc requests with respect to IAM & Export Control

Troubleshoot and resolve complex, critical, and time sensitive support issues

Document solutions to known issues

Work cross-functionally with IT and Security teams to ensure a secure production environment

Perform Web application Integrations (SAML, OAUTH, OIDC)

Designs, develops, tests, implements, and integrates Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions (access management, privileged access and identity life cycle)

Ensures that solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage and/or loss

Troubleshoots, supports, and resolves system incidents, problems and changes (familiarity with Service Now)

Assists in onboarding new applications and creates custom workflows, rules, and reports based on business requirements

Creates process, guidelines, standards, technical specifications

Qualifications For Identity Management Engineer

Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience in an IAM related position

At least 3-5 years of people management experience

Experience with Agile methodology and SDLC concepts/tools (Git, Atlassian stack)

Experience with Linux/Unix, Windows, scripting (with programming languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Perl), SQL, LDAP, and web services

Experience implementing and administering web and application servers in a Linux environment

Federation, SAML, OAuth, OpenID

Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, C/C++, Python, or JavaScript

Experience with role-based access controls and configuring automated provisioning and deprovisioning

Experience with SailPoint (version 7.0 or later) or another IGA/IAM platform

Good understanding of UNIX security, as it relates to user access and provisioning

Recognized security industry certifications (CISSP, CIAM, etc.)

Technical experience in systems integration or software engineering of identity and access management (IAM) solutions (such CyberArk, AWS, Google GCP, Ping Identity, RadiantLogic, SailPoint, Active Directory, LDAP)

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Knowledge and skill in technical problem resolution

Strong organizational, research, analytical and/or problem-solving skills to evaluate situations, make recommendations, and take effective action
