  • Coordinate internal and external audits of our privacy systems and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing management, content development, and oversight of the privacy training program.
  • Communicate project roadmaps, priorities, and key status updates to project stakeholders and business teams.
  • Be flexible when handling directional changes and concurrently manage multiple large-scale programs.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in auditing, consulting, legal, or program management environments, with at least 2 such years in privacy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Collaborative approach with both business and legal groups, with strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility, and partner with others.
  • B.A./B.S. or equivalent professional experience
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, manage cases, and carry out important projects with limited oversight.
  • Flexibility to perform in nimble, rapidly changing, and growing environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required — strong writing, research, and negotiation skills necessary.
  • Excited about Uber and its mission!
