Principle Accountabilities
Maintain systems and procedures to protect the various applications and internal systems from unauthorized users.
Perform all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of data and network security and to protect systems from intentional, inadvertent access or destruction.
Administer system access to all associates / non-associates in all the separate systems and applications.
Maintain end-user security to file system access.
Management of different databases.
Troubleshoot and provide end-user support for security issues through the Remedy HelpDesk system.
Answering incoming calls to the HelpDesk, generating Remedy tickets, and routing the tickets to the correct groups.
Manage 900 network printers, includes setting up through Novell’s iPrint, creating/deleting IPP printers and modifying html files to reflect the printer’s location at the site.
Interact with different IT groups and other non-IT business units, primarily changing passwords and assisting users to a successful login.
Manage and monitor all new software received by the company.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Miscellaneous project work as needed, as technology/procedures/processes change.
Provide all aspects of systems administration on the multiple application databases for the PCA production, including but not limited to, create, modify, delete; provide access to various application access based on job responsibilities. Databases include, but not limited to, Amtech, PeopleSoft,
Mainframe, AS400, PeopleSoft.
Investigate, resolve and escalate problems; supporting and participating in the formal reporting of requests and proposed solutions.Test application enhancements within the security module and report and/or document requirements as per business needs.
Basic Qualifications
Microsoft SCCM.
Microsoft Outlook/Exchange
User/Database Administration
Min 2 years’ experience.
