Senior Manager, Enterprise Security Engineering Core

EA Security
The EA Security team protects EA by reducing our exposure to security risks by raising awareness and providing a measured, proportionate set of security and risk management controls, services and solutions. This department also ensures that EA is meeting required security standards as defined by a variety of different regulatory bodies.
The challenge ahead
As the cyber security threat landscape evolves, we need to evolve with it. EA’s Enterprise Security team develops the tools and technology required to allow all EA staff and partners to do the best work of their careers in a safe and secure fashion.
This is a fun and challenging role demanding at least five years people management experience. As a manager of engineers, you’ll coordinate their activities and ensure that team members are delivering towards their goals and developing their own careers. You’ll also have the manager of our offshore engineering team reporting to you (with more managers likely to come as the team grows). This role also works with the other teams inside EA Security along with partners across the business and will be the face of this critical technology stack. You’ll report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Security Engineering.
Qualifications
Since the world around us changes so quickly, you will keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and ensure the team has the training they need to be successful. You will work with the Program and Project management to drive delivery and develop long-term strategies that balance business objectives with the need for strong security. Essential experience includes:
- IT / Security Engineering
- Agile SCRUM methodology
- Phish-resistant authentication technologies, such as FIDO2 or WebAuthN
- Microsoft Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
- Okta
