What you will be doing
***Looking for IT related majors***
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with Cyber Operations Team, implementation and alerts remediation
- Work the Alerts and Violations in SEIM
- Work with team on Automation Workflows in SOAR
Design, develop and implement business focused Cyber Defense Runbooks Playbooks and briefings
- Assist Threat Hunting and Threat Intel SME with Confluence documentation .
- Assist team with Metrics and Reporting
Assist in Cyber Defense and cyber projects and emerging technology ( e.g. Deception and OT Security)
- Assist in Prove of Concepts and User Acceptance Testing
What your background should look like
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Currently enrolled in undergraduate school with an upcoming completion of a bachelor’s degree. Must be able to work 10-40 hours per week while completing degree.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Good project management skills
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
Must be eager to learn, self-motivated, flexible, accountable and can effectively handle multiple tasks at one time
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft Outlook
