Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Review existing Role, Resource, and Distribution groups in StoneX Active Directory and identify incorrect configurations based on IAM roadmap
- Create new groups and assign users as necessary to match the IAM roadmap
- Work with Security and Systems teams to ensure new groups have appropriate access to designated resources
- Document process updates for group creation and assignment
- Train IT Support team in process updates for group creation and assignment
- Works under the supervision of senior personnel
- Research industry trends and becomes familiar with the laws and regulations of the firm
- Job shadows multiple managers
- Learns how to build customer relationships
- Learns sales and negotiation techniques
- Utilizes company resources to improve processes and procedures for team.
- Updates internal systems with the most current data and/or information
- Assists with preparing information and research materials for review
- Attends meetings, events, and other networking opportunities
- Maintains prompt and regular attendance

Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of college curriculum around cybersecurity concepts and tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory or other LDAP enterprise tools is highly preferred
- Operational knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating system, MacOS, and/or Linux/Unix based operating systems
- Familiarity with network connectivity and client-server processes
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
- Climate controlled office environment
- Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials
- Dynamic, time-sensitive environment
