If you’re passionate about the importance of helping others understand the big picture of information security, our information security coordinator in the Information Security Access department may be the role for you. You’ll have the ability to utilize your creative side to develop the framework for this role as you maintain a comprehensive security awareness program and manage our various outreach programs. In addition, you’ll be responsible for championing security awareness communications and training for Progressive employees at the right time, in a language they understand.
Must-have Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in a professional setting; an advanced masters or doctorate degree may be substituted for one year of relevant work experience
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of four years related experience in a professional setting
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of information security best practices
- Ability to develop and deliver security and/or phishing awareness programs
- Training, instruction and web design delivery in information technology or information security disciplines
- Practical knowledge of different message distribution techniques
- Written presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Compensation
- $87,390 to $106,810/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
